  IGO services are designed for self-directed leaders seeking Soul Alignment & Strategic Clarity, including support with:

• Personal and professional decision-making
• Leadership pressure, burnout, and capacity walls
• Identity refinement and aligned execution
• Energetic boundaries and clarity in relationships
• Vision alignment, next steps, and strategy mapping

If you’re unsure what service fits, choose the option that includes guidance on placement.

Yes—in-person sessions are available on a case-by-case basis and only for select services.
If a service includes in-person availability, it will be clearly flagged on the booking page.

  All purchases are final.
No refunds or reschedules are offered unless a change has been pre-approved in writing by an IGO staff member.
This policy protects the integrity of scheduling, preparation, and reserved client capacity.

  Session recordings are not provided by default.
Recordings are only included when explicitly listed as part of a service package.

  To get the highest value from your time, come prepared with:

• Your primary focus (one clear challenge or decision point)
• Any context needed to understand the situation
• Your desired outcome: clarity, strategy, confirmation, or recalibration

If intake questions are required, they will be provided at booking.

 All sessions must be booked through the official IGO booking system.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive your session details by email (including next steps, expectations, and access information if applicable).

  IGO bookings are scheduled based on website booking calendar availability. However, on occasion there may be limited priority access available or through select services, special approval—based on capacity and scheduling.
